If you use the Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus as a business smartphone, then of course you also have your business contacts stored there. Now the names in the Contacts app are sorted by first name by default.
If you don't want this, but want to sort by last name, then you have to make the following setting:
Sorting by last name
1. Opens the Contacts app from the Home screen and then taps the icon with the three dots in the upper right corner.
2. The pop-up menu will now open. Select "Settings" here.
3. In the contact settings now please select the entry "Surname" at "Sort by".
All contacts in the Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus Contacts app will now be displayed sorted by last name.
