Sometimes it may be necessary to reset the JBL GO speaker to solve Bluetooth connection problems or other problems.
With the following instructions you can quickly and easily reset the JBL GO speaker to factory settings.
Resetting the JBL GO Bluetooth speaker
1. In the first step, switch on the loudspeaker with the power key.
2. Now press and hold the Volume Volume Up and the Bluetooth button simultaneously for 10 seconds.
3. the box is now switched off and can then be restarted using the Power button. The reset to factory settings was successful.
This should now eliminate problems with the Bluetooth connection or other interference. If so, your JBL GO speaker may be defective and you should make use of the warranty.
