If you have an Apple Watch, you might want to use the function that the display of the watch is automatically illuminated when you raise your arm to read the time.
This is possible due to the sensors built into the Apple Watch, but must first be set in the operating system settings. Where you can activate or deactivate the option, we would like to explain this in more detail here:
1. Open the settings in the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.
2. Navigate to "general" and then to "activate display".
3. There you will find the option "Activate when lifting your arm".
4. The slider can now be used to activate or deactivate the option.
You now know how to use the "Activate when lifting your arm" option on the Apple Watch and how to read the time quickly and easily.
