The Mi Band 5 is sold in Germany in the global version, which means that you will receive the fitness bracelet in English first. Fortunately, there is also the possibility to switch the band to "German", so that the content on the band is displayed in German.

Install the latest firmware on Mi Band 5
Since not all wristbands have the latest firmware installed yet, the first thing to do is to install the latest firmware on them. This is done as follows:
- Perform manual firmware update on Mi Band 5
After you have installed the current version, you can now follow the steps to set the correct language.
Set German language for Mi Band 5
1. open the Mi Fit App.
Navigate to "Profile" in the lower right corner and then to "Mi Smart bracelet 5".
3. scroll down to "Language" and select the entry
4. set the marker to "English
After the setting is made, the tape is automatically synchronized and updated to the latest language setting.
Now you can use the Mi Band 5 in German language.
