Google Maps is always coming up with new functions for the users and so this time it will be interesting for all users of an electric vehicle. Because in Google Maps you can now drive to electrical charging stations as "points of interest", POI for short.
To display charging stations in the vicinity or on the route, you only need to enter "charging station" or "charging station for electric vehicle" in the search.
Google Maps will then show you the available or listed stations on the map, which is very useful. This allows you to plan stops on longer journeys where a chargepoint is available.
So Google Maps is in any case a very good help to navigate.
