Use the Alexa App to control Smart Home devices, such as the Echo Dot, and you may want to remove a device at some point. But how to remove an existing Smart Home device with the Alexa App?

Manage smart home devices in the Alexa app:
- Open the Amazon Alexa website
- Select Devices from the menu. Select your Smart Home device to delete and select Edit.
To delete the device, tap the trashcan icon to permanently remove the device from the list.
