From time to time, the following message may appear on the Huawei P20 Pro display: “HiTouch - Press and hold the screen with two fingers”.
HiTouch identifies products displayed on the screen with Amazon Assistant. You may not be able to use this feature and now want to disable it on the Huawei P20 Pro, but you can't find the option in the settings.
No problem, here we describe step by step how you can deactivate HiTouch on the Huawei P20 Pro.
Switch off HiTouch on the Huawei P20 Pro
Start from the home screen and then open the Android settings of the Huawei P20 Pro
Scroll down the menu to "Intelligent Support" and select the entry
Continue to "HiTouch"
In this submenu you now only have to change the control from active to inactive
The HiTouch message will no longer appear on the Huawei P20 Pro if you accidentally touched the display with two fingers.
