iPhone X is Apple's Hyper smartphone. If you have purchased the smartphone through a contract, your mailbox is usually also active here. However, if you no longer use the mailbox provided by your mobile phone provider on your iPhone X, but want to let an incoming call ring until it is disconnected, we will show you how to deactivate it here.
The easiest way to do this is to use the iPhone X via GSM network code, which deactivates all activated call forwarding, including the mailbox.
From the home screen, open the phone app that you use to make calls.
Here you must now switch to the numeric field and enter the following GSM network code:
- ##002#
Confirm the network code by pressing the call button (green handset).
From now on the mailbox on iPhone X is deactivated, because the call forwarding there no longer exists. You have successfully deactivated the answering machine with your iPhone x.
