Windows 10 Recycle Bin disappeared – Recover

It may happen that you have accidentally removed the Recycle Bin icon that is on your desktop on your Windows 10 PC or laptop. In any case, the Recycle Bin icon is no longer available on the desktop for easy file deletion.

1. Right-click on the desktop to open the context menu and then select "Customize"

2. From there, continue in the next menu: Designs -> Desktop Icon Settings

3. You will now see various icons that you can place on the desktop of your Windows 10 computer. Put a checkmark next to "Trash".

4. "Ok" will apply the new setting and the trash will be displayed on your desktop again.
