If you have sorted your photos on the Samsung Galaxy S8 into albums, then you may want to add new captured images directly to an existing album. Our tutorial will explain how this works within the gallery app:
To do this, open the gallery app on the Samsung Galaxy S8 and then open the folder where the image to be moved is contained. Now press and hold the photo with your finger for a long time to mark it.
If the photo has a check mark, select the three-dot symbol in the upper right corner to open the menu. Here are two different options:
- Copy To Album
- Move To Album
For example, select Move Album. You can then select the album into which the photo should be moved. If you would like to move several pictures into an album at the same time, simply mark several pictures.
