After updating to Android Nougat it can be that you hear and feel a key tap feedback in the form of sound and vibration on the Samsung Galaxy S7. The update re-enabled this function if you previously set it to "inactive".
If you want to switch off the button feedback on your Samsung Galaxy S7, please proceed as follows:
From the home screen, open the menu and then the settings of your Samsung Galaxy S7. Scroll down to the menu item "General administration" and select it:
Language and Input --> Virtual Keyboard --> Samsung Keyboard
Here you have to scroll almost down to the bottom and select "key tap feedback" in the "customization" section. Deactivate for your Samsung Galaxy S7 now the following both controllers:
- sound
- vibration
You have deactivated the key tap feedback of the keyboard on your Samsung Galaxy S7 with Android nougat.
