If you are using on the Samsung Galaxy S6 the app "Peel Smart Remote" in order to transform your smartphone into a remote control for your television, then it may be that this remote control is also displayed in the status bar.
The advantage is that you can directly control the televisionvia "Peel" in the status bar. The disadvantage is that a lot of space in the status bar is occupied by the remote control.
If you interfere with that and you would like to remove the Peel remote control again from the status bar, then we show you here how this works:
Open on the Samsung Galaxy S6, the app "Peel Smart Remote". In this you can now tap at the top right on the three-point icon and choose in the pop-up menu: Settings. Scroll in the next sub-menu all the way down to the section "Remote Control".
