The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 smartphones obtained the new Android lollipop 5.0.1 firmware update. Since this update is a major release of this firmware, it is possible that problems with your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 occur after the update. This is normal, because on the one hand the old Android system is not completely overwritten or deleted, and on the other hand the Runtime is changed from "Dalvik" to "ART".

Perform a so-called "Wipe cache partition". This clears the cache of your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and should correct most of the errors.
