If you use the App Tinder, you know this: You have sent a message to a match and now you don't know if the message has already been read or if the match just doesn't reply.
Here you will quickly ask yourself if you can request a read receipt so that you can see if a message has been read.
Fortunately, Tinder has the ability to enable such an option. However, it is not free of charge and requires that both people in the match use this feature. More about this here:
If you have enabled the read confirmation for a match under Tinder, two small blue ticks will appear on a message when the message has been read. But only if the other user has enabled the "Send read confirmation" feature in the Tinder settings.
In Germany this feature hasn't really arrived yet, so you should think twice before using it.
