Nintendo Switch does not respond - Perform soft reset

If you have the problem with your Nintendo switch that this does not respond and has "hung up", then you usually only have one option: The restart. This can be carried out by a so-called soft reset. We will explain to you the following procedure:

  1. To perform a soft reset on the Nintendo Switch, please press the power on / off button for about 15 seconds.
  2. Release the button, then press the Power On/ Off button again.
  3. The reboot is now carried out and the Nintendo switch should work again as usual.
