iPhone 7 Speaker is automatically activated on call - cause

If you receive a call on the iPhone 7 or make a phone call, then the audio output may not sound via the loudspeaker in the earpiece, but via the main loudspeaker. This means that each call is set to "Hands free".

If you do not want to, then you just have to deactivate the following setting on your iPhone 7: "Call Audio Output"

Where you can find this setting under iOs exactly, the following article will explain to you:

To do this, open the following submenu on the iPhone 7:

  • Settings --> General --> Accessibility --> Interaction --> Calling Audio Output

Here you can see three different options that can be activated:

  • Automatically
  • Headphone
  • Speaker

Ses the "Speaker" setting to "Automatic". Finished!

If you now make a call on the iPhone 7, the speaker will not be activated automatically for hands-free calling.
