The IMEI is a kind of serial number, through which your Huawei P10 can be accurately identified. This number should be noted down in any case, because you can check so quickly whether the device belongs to yourself or not.

From the Huawei P10 Home screen, navigate to the App menu and then Settings. Scroll down to Device Info and tap the entry. Select "Status" and then "IMEI Information". Here you will see the IMEI serial number of the Huawei P10.
By code:
To do this, open the phone app from the home screen of the Huawei P10 and the keypad in it. Now enter the following code:

On the packaging
On the packaging of the Huawei P10 there is a sticker, similar to a barcode label. On this sticker you will also find the serial number of the device.
