If you do not want that the mailbox automatically answers the call after a certain time at your Samsung Galaxy Note 4, then you can easily disable the mailbox within Android.
The mailbox is placed on the network settings from your mobile operator. With your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 you can change these settings and therefore disable the mailbox completely. How you can completely disable the mailbox on the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, we would like to describe in this article:
Simply open the menu and then Settings. Scroll down here to the "Applications" section and tap within this "Call". In the next menu, select "Additional Settings". Your Samsung Galaxy Note 4 settings will now receive your service provider settings and then display it after about 5 seconds.
Now select the next menu "Call forwarding" -> "Voice Call".
You will now see the following options:
- Always forward
- Forward when busy
- Forward when unanswered
- Forward when unreachable
In three of four settings your voicemail number is stored. Remove them by tapping the entry and clear out the phone number. Your call will no longer be forwarded to the voice mail. Perform this procedure for all diversions.
