The mailbox is automatically activated by many mobile phone providers when a customer purchases the Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus via a contract or has a new Sim card in use.
If you also have an answering machine active, you may want to deactivate it. Please proceed as follows:
Disable Mailbox Call diversion via GSM network code
1. Open the phone app from the home screen of your Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus, via which you otherwise make calls.
2. Here you have to change to the number field and enter the following GSM network code:
- ##002#
3. Confirm the network code by pressing the call key (green handset). Your Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus will now send this network code to the mobile operator.
The operator will now automatically deactivate all call diversions, including the mailbox.
You now know how to disable the mailbox on the Samsung Galaxy A6 Plus quickly and easily.
