Samsung Galaxy S6 How to turn off Google Location History – Solution

If the location history on the Samsung Galaxy S6 is activated, then your smartphone records all your movements using GPS positioning. So you can see in retrospect on the internet where you have stayed in the past few months. Usually you would not want that feature, which is why we here show you how to disable the Location History on the Samsung Galaxy S6.

Proceed as follows:

Open from the home screen: Menu --> Settings --> Privacy &Safety --> Location --> Google Location History

Uncheck this option with the slider on the top right. Finished!

From now on no locations from you are no longer logged by the Samsung Galaxy S6.
