If you have a Huawei P20 Pro, you can specify in the Android settings that incoming calls are forwarded directly. This is useful if you cannot be reached directly via the Huawei P20 Pro, but via another number.
We will now show you step by step how to set up call forwarding on the Huawei P20 Pro. To do this, please proceed as follows:
1. Open the phone app and then tap on the three vertical points at the bottom right - a menu opens
2. It then goes on to "Settings"
3. In this menu you now navigate to "Call forwarding"
4. You can now set a call forwarding to another phone number for the following situations:
- Always forward
- Forward if busy
- Forward if no answer
- Forward if not reachable
Type one of the entries and then enter the phone number to which you want to forward. Please remember to enter the country code.
Tap on "Change" to accept the setting. From now on, for the situations for which you have scheduled a call forwarding, the calls will be forwarded to the specified phone number when they are received on the Huawei P20 Pro.
